This page describes what happens if you leave your email address on getvista.ca. It is short because we collect very little.
Only the email address you type into the form, and the date you submitted it. We do not ask for your name, your brokerage, or anything else. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by us on this site.
So that we can write to you about Vista — when it opens, what it does, and any early-access or promotional offer available to people who signed up first. That is the only reason, and we will not use your address for anything else.
You are giving us your address voluntarily and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, a third-party form service, and are delivered to a Vista Proptech Inc. mailbox. Formspree operates on servers in the United States, which means your address is stored outside Canada and is subject to the laws of that country.
If we later move the list to a different email service, this page will be updated to name it.
Until you ask us to remove it, or until Vista's launch announcements are finished and the list is no longer needed — whichever comes first. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to reza@getvista.ca and we will action the request and confirm when it is done.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
